What are the hours of operation?

We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST for administrative support, including scheduling and general inquiries. Most therapy appointments are held Wednesday through Friday between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

How much do sessions cost?

How long are sessions?

Individual intake sessions are 60 minutes. Ongoing individual sessions are 53 minutes, which is the standard therapeutic hour and allows time for documentation and preparation between clients.

Couples intake sessions are a required 90 minutes. This extended session allows time to gather relational history, clarify goals, assess patterns, and establish a strong foundation for treatment. Ongoing couples sessions are 60 minutes.

For clients engaging in trauma processing work, longer sessions are often recommended, as trauma reprocessing frequently requires more than 60 minutes to allow adequate time for stabilization, processing, and closure.

How often should I attend therapy sessions?

The frequency of sessions depends on your needs, goals, and availability. Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. Over time, sessions may shift to bi weekly or monthly.

Regular engagement is important for meaningful progress, and we will work together to determine a schedule that aligns with your goals and fits your availability.


How do I schedule an appointment?

To book a session, simply click the "Book Now" button at the top of our website. From there, you'll be able to select a time that works best for you and complete your request securely. Your provider will reach out to you with the next steps via email, text, or phone, depending on your preference.


Can I schedule a session if I am located outside of Louisiana?

No, you must be located in Louisiana to schedule a session. However, we are in the process of obtaining licenses in Texas and Florida. The website will be updated as soon as those licenses are secured. There is no specific date at this time.
