Couples Session
The initial intake session for couples is a required 90 minutes. Follow up couples sessions are 60 minutes unless a longer session is mutually agreed upon in advance.
60 minutes – $175
90 minutes – $250
Please be aware of the following:
Insurance cannot be used for couples therapy sessions unless you have confirmed with your insurance company that marriage or couples counseling is covered under your plan. Most insurance plans do not provide coverage for couples or marriage counseling, so we encourage you to verify your benefits prior to scheduling.
Individual Session
Individual sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Extended sessions are available per request.
60 minutes – $150
90 minutes – $225
Reduced Rates:
We offer a limited number of reduced rate spots for individuals experiencing financial hardship, college or graduate students, and early career therapists who may need additional financial flexibility. These reduced rates are available for clients who are not using insurance and are paying privately. Reduced rate services must be requested by the client and are offered based on availability.
Insurance Information
We are pleased to accept insurance in Louisiana. If your insurance provider is not listed, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through your out of network benefits. We are happy to provide a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Clients also have the option to self pay without using insurance.
If you are using insurance, your payment responsibility will depend on your specific plan. You are responsible for verifying your mental health coverage and confirming the details of your copay, coinsurance, and deductible prior to your appointment to avoid unexpected costs. Any portion of the session fee that is your responsibility is due at the time of service.
Please also confirm that your insurance plan covers telehealth video therapy sessions with your specific provider, as coverage varies by plan.
If you have both primary and secondary insurance, both insurance cards must be uploaded when requesting an appointment. Please note that if we are not in network with your primary insurance, we are unable to provide services, even if we are in network with your secondary insurance.
I currently do not accept any Medicaid plans.
