About Attentif Counseling Services
Attentif Counseling Services is a growing private practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, providing individual, couples, and family therapy in a warm, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed environment.
Our goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, seen, and supported while also creating a practice environment where clinicians have room to develop their own professional identity, interests, and areas of specialization.
Our Culture
Attentif is intentionally small, collaborative, and personable. We value authenticity, curiosity, cultural humility, strong clinical work, and therapists who genuinely care about the people they serve. While our clinicians have autonomy in their clinical work, we do not believe private practice has to feel isolating.
We are looking for someone who values independence but also enjoys having a professional community nearby for consultation, encouragement, resource sharing, and collaboration.
